At Ursula Travel Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer returns and refunds only under specific conditions outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to our Return and Refund Policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if:
✅ The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
 Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
 Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery.
Change of mind or wrong size/model ordered by the customer, unless it’s our error.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide the following details in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage/incorrect item
  3. Wait for our Return Authorization and further instructions.

5. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange for pick-up or provide instructions on where to ship the item (depending on your location).
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Returns must be shipped or picked up within 5 days of approval.

6. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
  • Refunds are made via cash at the time of pickup or as mutually agreed.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on availability.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your location and agreement.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations after dispatch are not allowed.
  • Refusing delivery without valid reason may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.

8. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variation, please follow the return process for your current item and place a new order.
